Wellness requires balance.
Learn to move well, to reduce pain and discomfort, and find the balance you need to feel more ease in your daily life.

Is pain stopping you from doing the things that you love?
Is your body feeling as good as it could?
Maybe you have a nagging discomfort that bothers you during or after activity, or perhaps you just want to ensure you will be able to continue doing the things you love for years to come…

I’ve been there, and I know first hand what it is to have pain or a fear of movement that sometimes limits what I can do. I also know that it doesn’t have to be that way and that things can change.

I would love to help you find the practices and tools that work best for YOU as an individual, to work with your strengths and encourage you to get curious about the reason behind your aches and pains.

Rather than simply treating the symptoms, we can explore the underlying causes, leading to longer lasting results and more self sufficiency to manage the symptoms if they return. I will offer tools to help you navigate your recovery more independently, and collaboration to support your work with other health care providers in your recovery.

My classes are accessible, practical, rooted in movement science and functional movement, and aimed to help you feel better in your daily life as well as on your mat.

Ultimately, the goal is to help you move better in as many ways as possible, to offer movement education and a practice that helps you develop more awareness and self agency over your own body – enabling you to feel stronger, more mobile and more ease in everything you do.
