Because I see so many people struggling with aches and pains that I believe are unnecessary, I have created a customized, 2 month 1:1 coaching program to help you Return to Balance in your body and in your life.

This is more than just a private yoga session.

It’s an 8 week program where we can really get down to the root of the problem and start to make some long term changes.

Together we will build a personalized program that works for YOU, for your time availability, lifestyle, and capacity as it changes. We’ll make a realistic and progressive plan to help you get from where you are now, to where you want to be and help you reach your goals. You’ll gain education and awareness around movement and overall wellness, and the tools and resources you need to manage your own aches and pains and minimize flareups and discomfort.

Move with Ease includes:

  • Initial meeting and assessment to identify our goals and strategy
  • 6 additional private sessions over 2 months (with homework as needed)
  • The creation of a personalized home program based on your individual needs and specific goals, which can be changed and adapted over the course of working together
  • Written notes from each session for home practice
  • Accountability – Weekly check-ins and support between sessions
  • A schedule designed to meet & fit your lifestyle
  • Ongoing access to video recordings, PDFs and a growing library of resources to supplement our sessions, during and beyond your program.



The investment for the Move With Ease 1:1 program is $769.
