Try a Free Class

 

Yoga styles, teachers and approaches vary widely. Sometimes you want a chance to try a class before you commit to signing up for a series or a course. Perhaps you are curious about yoga or simply wondering what to expect from my sessions. There are two ways you can try a free class with me, either online or in person.

 

Online

Have a 30 minute Yoga and Mindful Mobility practice sent to your inbox.

This is a full body sequence that you can use to start your day or activities, or as a way to unwind and release things at the end of the day. It moves mindfully through a head to toe practice that stays low to the ground throughout.

In Person

If you are new to me or my teaching and would like to try a class, I am offering free pre-registered trial classes from time to time. Upcoming dates are below.

COVID regulations are in place. In compliance with current Public Health regulations, vaccine passports are required to join classes.
